These are the type of prospect’s that we really enjoy talking about! 2021 6’8 190 pound forward Dreshaun Doyne of Southern California Academy is a steal for Central Arkansas University.
Doyne is a native of Arkansas and made the transition to California for more exposure and the opportunity to play for one of the better programs on the West Coast.
Over the years, I have come to understand it’s not about rankings; it’s about proper development. Doyne has no Stars behind his name but his game translates to the next level.

I have had an opportunity to see Doyne play multiple times on the grind session. He’s a high motor guy that is very active and has the ability to be disruptive on the defensive side of the ball. Central Arkansas is getting a guy that can defend positions 1 through 5.
Central Arkansas is also getting a guy that can play down low or step out on the perimeter and knock down shots. He’s an athlete that brings versatility to a program that is in need of it!
Doyne has good size and Length that allows him to shoot over hard closeouts. Dreshaun has the potential to be a productive player for the Central Arkansas program! There is much to like about this young player…
